Azeera Azeez is a seasoned business leader with over 12 years of experience in strategic transformation and operations. They held roles at Citi, including Senior Vice President of Business Planning & Execution for Transaction Services in Asia, where they managed budget setting and client growth strategies across multiple markets. Azeera co-managed a team in Retail Bank Operations, achieving significant improvements in client satisfaction and operational efficiency. They also hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, along with participation in the ILSS Leadership Program in 2024.
