Bassel Hamzeh

Bassel Hamzeh, CFA, is the Head of Gulf Region at Citi Private Bank, where they have served as Managing Director since 2011. Previously, Bassel held the position of Associate Director at HSBC Private Bank from 2006 to 2010 and worked as Manager in the Private Banking Division at the National Bank of Kuwait from 2001 to 2006. Earlier in their career, they served as Assistant Manager in the Personal Banking Division at Gulf Bank from 2000 to 2001. Bassel earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Lebanese American University and an MBA in Finance from the American University of Beirut, as well as obtaining their CFA designation from the CFA Institute.
