Ben Lam

Ben Lam has extensive experience in internal audit and risk consulting, highlighted by leadership roles in prominent financial institutions. At Haitong International Securities Group Limited, Ben served as Senior Vice President, focusing on internal audit transformation and cross-functional advisory programs. Currently, in a position at Citi, Ben is responsible for cross-product funding and markets operations audits. Previously, as Associate Director at Rabobank, Ben led regional audits in markets, treasury, and cultural behavior. Ben's earlier experience includes roles at KPMG China, HSBC, and Grant Thornton, spanning risk consulting and financial crime risk transformation. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accountancy and Law from the City University of Hong Kong.
