Ben Needham

Ben Needham is a Managing Director at Citi, where they serve as Chief Auditor for Regional Controllership since 2021. Prior to this role, they held various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, including Senior Manager and Audit Manager in multiple locations, and served as Vice President in Corporate Audit at State Street from 2012 to 2015. Ben's extensive experience also includes a tenure as Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2018 to 2021, overseeing Corporate Sector Internal Audit in the EMEA region. They obtained a BSc (Hons) in Psychology & Sociology from the University of Sunderland and are a qualified FCCA and ACCA.
