Bert Hickman

Bert Hickman is a seasoned technology management professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager - VP at Citigroup since May 2001, Bert oversees infrastructure and application support for Global PeopleSoft EPM applications across multiple regions. Responsibilities include managing a team of up to 10 resources, implementing significant project initiatives, and revamping Change Management workflows. Previously, Bert held the position of Development Manager at Citi Cards IT, receiving several prestigious awards for leadership. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Managing Consultant at Windsor House Group and Managing Director at Software Services of America, where Bert developed key systems for major financial institutions and led significant sales growth initiatives. Bert holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from Concordia College and University.
