Beth Spencer

Beth Spencer is currently the Head of Policy and Governance for ICG Reputation Risk at Citi. They have previously held leadership positions as the Global Head of Reputational Risk Advisory and Policy at HSBC and as the Threat Assessment Director at Lehman Brothers. With extensive experience in risk and governance, Beth has managed workstreams, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery in complex environments, including Defence and financial sectors. A graduate with a BSc in Psychology from The Open University and a BA in Theology from Durham University, Beth is committed to lifelong learning and values promoting diverse corporate cultures.
