Bob Pigué

Bob Pigué is a dynamic senior information technology leader currently serving as Program Group Manager at Citi, where they focus on enhancing customer experiences through well-designed end-to-end processes and aligned technology. Previously, they were the Global Head of Business Process Design at BNY Mellon, leading a team to optimize and automate business processes through structured business models. Bob has extensive experience in consulting, having led a 140-person services organization at Gemini Systems, and they were a partner at an entrepreneurial venture that surpassed $1M in revenue in its first year. Bob holds a double major in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Trinity College-Hartford and is pursuing an MBA in Finance from the City University of New York-Baruch College.
