Caitlin Grady is a seasoned professional in global sponsorships, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Citi since July 2019, having previously held various roles including Vice President for Global Sponsorships and Early Career Marketing. Caitlin’s career at Citi began in the Human Resources Analyst Program, where participation in rotations focused on Global Organizational Transformation and Global Consumer Banking. Earlier experience includes internships at Dylan's Candy Bar, Clearpool Group, and a fellowship with Pennsylvania House of Representatives Candidate Neil Makhija.
