Cansu Arslan

Cansu Arslan currently serves as a Vice President in Consumer & Retail Investment Banking at Citi, a position held since December 2024. Cansu also contributes as a member of the Yale Alumni Fund Board of Directors since June 2021 and has held the role of Vice President at Emil Capital Partners from June 2022 to December 2024, where Cansu served as Board Director for Volition Beauty and Board Observer for companies such as milk + honey, Amour Vert, and Zeel. Prior experience includes various roles at Citi, including Senior Associate and Investment Banking Summer Associate, as well as positions at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. and Goldman Sachs. Cansu earned an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BBA from Texas McCombs School of Business.
