Cassandra Henry

Cassandra (Nye) Henry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design operations and project management within the banking and client experience design sectors. Currently serving as SVP and Head of Design Operations at Citi, Cassandra also holds previous senior roles in design production and UX at the same company. Prior experience includes multiple managerial positions at Morgan Stanley, where Cassandra excelled as a Senior Operations Manager and Senior Project Manager. Additionally, Cassandra operated as a freelancer through Cassandra Nye Communications, held managerial roles at RocketFuel, Inc., and served as an Account Supervisor at Hill & Knowlton. Cassandra earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/Journalism from the University of Tennessee.
