Chiranjeev Kumar is a seasoned finance professional with over 16 years of experience in debt origination and acquisition finance. Currently serving as the Head of Debt Origination for Citigroup in South Asia and overseeing Loans & Acquisition Finance in South East Asia, Chiranjeev has a strong focus on structuring and executing private and public capital market debt financings including syndicated loans, acquisition and leveraged financings, and bond issuances. Previous roles include leadership positions at Citi, along with experience at Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO, primarily in capital markets origination across the Asia Pacific region. Chiranjeev holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has also studied at ESSEC Business School and the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
