Software Engineer

Chloe Owens has a comprehensive background in IT support and software engineering, beginning as a Customer Assistant at Tesco from September 2013 to June 2019, where key skills in customer service and teamwork were developed. A summer internship as Deskside Support at Allen & Overy in 2018 provided hands-on experience with IT problems, including setup and network issues. Subsequent roles included an internship as an Application Support Analyst at The Walt Disney Company, where troubleshooting and incident management skills were honed. From July 2019 to June 2022, Chloe served as a Production Support Analyst at Citi, managing complex support queries for multiple applications across the EMEA region. Currently, Chloe is a Software Engineer at Citi, applying extensive technical knowledge gained from a Bachelor's degree in Computing Technologies from Ulster University, where a 1st Class honors was achieved.
