Chris Roberts

Chris Roberts is currently the Managing Director and Head of the Financing Commitment Forum at Citi, where they lead efforts to assess and approve financing transactions for clients globally. Previously, Chris served as Managing Director at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, establishing the Primary Equity Capital Markets business for the EMEA region. Their extensive experience includes roles at notable firms such as Moelis & Company, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley, where Chris focused on equity capital markets and corporate advisory. Chris began their career as a solicitor at Slaughter and May and Latham & Watkins, specializing in M&A, private equity, and capital markets. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in French from UCL and a commendation in the Legal Practice Course from The College of Law, London.
