Christina Chen

Christina Chen is currently the Chief of Staff for Citi's COO Transformation Office, where they contribute to strategic initiatives within the organization. Previously, they served as Senior Vice President for Citi's Institutional Clients Group Regulatory Communications Strategy and held various leadership roles at Bank of America, including Director of Americas Markets Client Outreach. Christina's extensive experience also encompasses positions at firms such as Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, and Deutsche Bank, where they focused on compliance and client outreach. They began their career with internships at Bloomberg LP and New York Life Insurance Company and are currently pursuing a degree at New York University.
