Cody Estep is a seasoned risk professional with over 15 years of experience in consumer finance and risk management. Currently serving as a Regulation Executive for Fairness at Citi, Cody is responsible for risk management strategy and regulatory adherence across the U.S. Personal Banking business. Previously, Cody held key compliance roles in various organizations, including Chief Compliance Officer at Skopos Financial and Director of Consumer Regulatory Programs at Santander Consumer USA. Cody earned a Doctor of Law from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
