Dan Windauer, Esq., M.B.A. is a Senior Vice President and Senior Lead Counsel with extensive experience in regulatory obligations and policy. After studying elections and voting behavior as a Presidential Scholar at Dartmouth College, Dan held various positions at Citi, culminating in senior leadership roles focused on regulations management and regulatory engagement. Additionally, Dan completed a judicial clerkship with United States Senator Patrick Leahy, assisting on political nominations for the Senate Judiciary Committee. Dan is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) at Washington University in St. Louis, alongside a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Banking, Finance, Government, and Business.
