Dani Shi

Dani Shi is a seasoned Collections & Recovery Executive with a strong focus on strategic data analytics and team leadership. They built and led a high-performing team at Phillips & Cohen Associates, where they managed global data systems and introduced new analytic methodologies. Previously, Dani held roles at Citi, including Director of Credit Operations and Collections Risk Management, enabling high-caliber staff and implementing performance improvement plans. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Studies at La Salle University and have completed all but dissertation toward a PhD in Economics at Temple University.
