Daniel Wasik is the Managing Director, Global Head of Ops & Tech Talent Acquisition at Citi, where they lead a global team responsible for 30-50,000 hires annually. They have extensive experience in talent acquisition, having previously held leadership roles at Google and Cisco, where they managed large-scale staffing initiatives across APAC and EMEA. Daniel began their career in project management at Procter & Gamble and also contributed to the growth of GFI Consulting as an Account Manager. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business and Psychology from Keele University.
