Dave Coupland is currently the Vice President of CyberSecurity Content Management at Citi, where they focus on Security Information Event Management (SIEM) program and content engineering. With a deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and a background as a Professional Services Director at Enable Technologies Group, Dave has successfully implemented and customized ITSM solutions. In previous roles at KPMG and Deloitte, they managed complex monitoring infrastructures and specialized in enhancing security through innovative technology. Dave’s education includes a degree in Network Security from the Chubb Institute.
