David Brown

David Brown is a Senior Vice President of Finance Regulatory Engagement and Oversight at Citi, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as a Vice President in both Enterprise Risk Management and the Office of Regulatory Relations at BNY Mellon from 2015 to 2016. David has also worked as a Regulatory Consultant at GE Capital and as a trader in various roles at SMB Capital and Lightspeed Financial Services Group between 2010 and 2015. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from John Jay College, where they are currently continuing their studies.
