David Collins has extensive experience in compliance and financial controls, currently serving as a Director at Deutsche Bank since May 2019 and as a Senior Vice President in the Control Group at Citi since September 2016. Prior to these roles, David held the position of Director in Financial Crimes Compliance at Morgan Stanley from February 2015 to September 2016 and served in various capacities at Citi from January 2008 to February 2015, including as an EMEA Sanctions Compliance Officer and in Compliance Controls. David earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of the West of England between 2004 and 2007.
