David Hizer is currently the Director of Real Money Rates Sales at Citi, a position held since 2019. Previously, Hizer served as Vice President of Fixed Income Sales at NatWest Markets from 2016 to 2019 and worked in various roles at RBS from 2011 to 2014, including Portfolio Optimisation and Associate in Short Term Markets Sales. Hizer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in French Studies from the University of Birmingham, graduating in 2008.
