David Levy builds and manages investment, financial, and banking businesses, integrating strategy, P&L, operations, technology, legal, tax, compliance, and client relationships. Currently serving as an Innovation Liaison at Citi since 2015, David promotes and coordinates internal innovation projects across various business lines. Previously, David directed Citi's custody and fund administration businesses in Israel and held positions at Merrill Lynch and State of Israel Bonds. David holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and degrees in Finance from New York University and Sy Syms School of Business.
