David Osuna is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UCL, focusing on lung cancer research and the impact of smoking cessation. Previously, David served as a Laboratory Demonstrator at Barts Cancer Institute, where responsibilities included teaching molecular biology techniques, and as a PhD student, developing a 3D culture platform for studying cancer stem cells. David has also gained experience as an Early Detection Intern at Cancer Research UK, facilitating workshops on early cancer detection, and held various research positions at UCL, including a PhD rotation student and a final year research student. David holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Cancer Biology & Bioengineering from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from UCL.
