David Walker has extensive experience in corporate banking and financial services, having held various leadership roles at Citi from 2000 to 2004, including Head of Corporate Banking for Japan and Managing Director for Financial Institutions coverage. They served as the Chief Operating Officer of UK Corporate and Investment Banking and also chaired the Anti Money-Laundering Governance & Risk board for Citigroup EMEA.
