Debbie Ng

Debbie Ng is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and securitization within Citigroup. Currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer for Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. and co-head of Convergence Risk since May 2015, Debbie oversees risk assessment for the U.S. In her tenure at Citigroup beginning in September 2009, Debbie has excelled as a Director in Structured Products Risk Management, approving new transactions and conducting thorough risk/return analyses. Previous roles include managing a $13 billion securitization portfolio as a Director in Fixed Income, where revenue generation reached approximately $125 million annually, and handling a $2 billion leveraged lease portfolio as an Assistant Vice President. Early career experience includes advising on distressed client restructuring as an Associate at Citibank, and executing substantial debt financings as an Analyst at Citicorp Securities. Debbie holds a Masters in International Economics from Columbia University and a BA in Political Science from Barnard College.
