Deborah Alm

Deborah Alm is an experienced leader in technology, currently serving as the SVP of CTI Network Services - B2B at Citi, where they oversee global enterprise B2B Network Services for both consumer and institutional clients. Prior to this role, Deborah held several positions at Citi, including VP of CTI Network Engineering and Solutions Architect, where they focused on network design and strategic infrastructure planning. They also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at North Lake College, teaching IT courses on Microsoft and Cisco certifications. Deborah earned a Master of Science in Security Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Mathematics from Texas Woman's University, both graduating with honors.
