Deborah McLean

Deborah McLean is currently the Head of Payroll Services for EMEA at Citi. Previously, they served as the Head of HR Operations at Ocorian and held the position of Senior People Business Partner at Royal Mail, where they partnered with the Head of the East of Scotland & NI Directorate. Their extensive HR experience includes roles at Diageo, supporting brands like Bushmills Irish Whiskey and Baileys, and functioning as an OD Project Manager to migrate HR functions across multiple countries. Deborah has pursued education in CIPD at BIFHE and holds a BA Hons in Hotel & Tourism Management from the University of Ulster.
