Denise Forestier

Denise Forestier has extensive experience in leadership roles within customer service and operations across various industries. With a Bachelor's degree in Communications from The University of Texas at Austin and a degree in Sociology from The University of Texas at San Antonio, Denise served as the Amazon North America Virtual Customer Service Ops Head from May 2015 to February 2018. Following this, a role as Head of Virtual and Specialized Service at Wayfair from March 2018 to 2020 led to a position as Head of Operations at Notarize until January 2022. Denise then held the position of Head of Customer Support at Rad Power Bikes from December 2021 to January 2023. Currently, Denise is a Vice President of Global Wealth Management Strategy at Citi, a position held since May 2023. Previous experience includes significant leadership roles at Citi from January 2007 to May 2015, and a long tenure as Senior Vice President/General Manager of Client Services at West Corporation, overseeing a large team and substantial revenue across multiple sites.
