Derek Sell is currently the Vice President of Global and L&D Communications at Citi, a position they have held since 2022. They previously served as a Creative Program Manager at Jabil from 2020 to 2022 and as a Creative Director at Power On Marketing from 2012 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Derek gained experience as a Graphic Designer at A-lign CPAs and as a Graphic Design Intern at St. Martin's Press. They earned a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Tampa in 2011.
