Deron Brown

Deron Brown is currently the Assistant Vice President of Training at Citi, bringing over 18 years of experience in operations and training development. Previously, Deron served as a Corporate Trainer at The Pasha Group and held the role of Sr. Training/Development Manager at both Holiday Inn Club Vacations and ADT, where they facilitated training for diverse teams and achieved significant operational improvements. Additionally, Deron worked as an Operations and Training/Development Manager at AT&T Operations, leading successful training initiatives that contributed to the company's top ranking in sales. They are pursuing a B.S.B.A. in Business Management and Integrated Marketing Communications at Southeast Missouri State University.
