Diedre Ayers

Diedre Ayers is a strategic business operations leader with extensive experience in developing and implementing key operational initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Vice President and Global Program Manager at Citi Innovation Labs, Diedre leads cross-functional programs and enhances organizational performance through effective stakeholder engagement and strategic communication. Previously, they held leadership roles at prominent companies such as Prudential Financial, Pfizer, Ketchum, and AOL, where they successfully managed high-impact communications and operational projects. Diedre is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
