Divya Chamala

Divya Chamala is currently the Vice President and Digital Software Lead Analyst at Citi, where they oversee various project management and quality assurance processes. Previously, Divya served as the SFDC QA Test Lead at Toyota North America, and held roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and DIRECTV, where they focused on testing and quality assurance for Salesforce and IT systems. Divya's extensive experience includes developing test cases, managing defect tracking, and leading teams in both client-facing and technical roles. They earned their education at Northwestern Polytechnic University.
