Eddie Ramirez

Eddie Ramirez is a Director and Client Manager with extensive experience in client coordination and regulatory compliance. They worked as an Associate at Jefferies from 2012 to 2016, where Eddie negotiated and drafted master agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Eddie also served as a Senior Vice President at Citi in 2017, managing client education and outreach related to regulatory events. They began their legal career as an Intern Assistant Public Defender with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida in 2011. Eddie holds a Juris Doctorate in International Law from Charlotte School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University.
