Edward Joudrey

Edward Joudrey is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of UK, Europe Sellside M&A at Citi since October 2025, Joudrey previously held significant roles including Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at J. Safra Sarasin and Managing Director in EMEA Sell Side M&A at Bank of America. In addition to corporate finance expertise, Joudrey acts as a Board Advisor for THE STUDENT ENERGY GROUP and is involved as an Advisor and Investor at Emerald. Joudrey began their career at J.P. Morgan, where they held various positions, including Analyst and Associate roles in both North America and the UK. Educated at Durham University with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences, Joudrey's background spans multiple prestigious financial institutions and advisory platforms.
