Emily Smith is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and sourcing, currently serving as the VP, Global Markets Sourcing Lead at Citi since 2025. Prior to this role, Emily was the VP, Executive Talent Acquisition Partner at Citi, where they were integral in establishing the Executive Search team and were promoted to VP in 2022. They also gained valuable experience as a 360 Consultant in M&A and Private Equity/Credit at Pinpoint in 2018 and as a Researcher focused on Global Markets at Shadowhound Ltd from 2019 to 2021. Emily holds a first-class BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Warwick, along with A-grade qualifications from their prior education.
