Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson is the Operational Risk Group Manager at Citi, overseeing Enterprise Third Party Vendor Oversight, Business Continuity Management, and technology risk teams within the mortgage origination and servicing sector. They have had senior leadership roles managing over 30 full-time employees and significant operating and capital budgets. Previously, Eric developed a Third-Party Vendor Oversight group, significantly expanding its scope and responsibilities, and led multiple successful enterprise-level risk programs. They earned an MBA from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Science from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
