Eric Sontag

Eric Sontag is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance and automation testing, currently serving as Director and Global Head of End-to-End Testing at Citi since March 2023. Prior to this role, Eric spent nearly 17 years at Bank of America in various director positions, notably managing a global automation engineering team for wholesale credit and leading the implementation of innovative testing solutions. Eric also held significant leadership roles in quality assurance at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, contributing to the development of quality assurance frameworks and automation strategies across multiple financial platforms and technologies.
