Eugenia Drum

Eugenia Drum is a managing director and compliance risk management leader with extensive experience as a regulator and consultant. They served as Deputy Head of Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer at CIBC Bank USA, where they crafted compliance strategies for various banking sectors. Currently, they are the Managing Director for Customer and Client Protection at Citi, leading compliance testing and oversight across personal banking and wealth management. Eugenia holds a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and French from DePaul University.
