Fahmid Islam (艾知林) is a seasoned Risk Management Executive at Citi with over 15 years of experience in various risk domains, including Retail Banking, Global Markets, and Operational Risk. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operational Risk Management, they oversee significant operations in the Asia North & Australia regions while leading ESG and Climate Risk initiatives for the Hong Kong franchise. Fahmid has previously held key roles at HSBC and Nielsen, where they contributed to strategic risk management and research efforts. They earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka.
