Fausto Pombar is the Lead of Risk and Control for Citi Shared Services at Citi, where they focus on optimizing the risk and control environment. With extensive experience in finance and risk management, they have successfully led global teams to implement critical business solutions and enhance governance for third-party vendor management. Prior to their current role, they held various positions within Citigroup, including Audit Manager and Management Reporting Head, where they delivered productivity improvements and strengthened controls across numerous locations. Fausto holds an MBA and a BBA in Accounting from Adelphi University.
