Feliks Lyakhovetsky is currently the SVP of Global Liquidity Management at Citi, where they manage the North America Collateral Analysis team and oversee the implementation of key liquidity frameworks. Previously, they held the role of SVP in the Regulatory Solutions Group at Citi and have acquired extensive experience in risk management through positions at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Feliks earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and an MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
