Fernando Aspra

Fernando Aspra is the General Counsel at Citi, where they previously held the roles of Attorney and Country Legal Counsel from 2012 to 2014. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as Corporate Legal Counsel at Luz y Fuerza de San Lorenzo (Lufussa). Fernando obtained a Master's degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from Maastricht University, following their initial education at Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana, where they completed their degree between 2008 and 2012.
