Francesca Welham

Francesca Welham is currently the Vice President and Business Risk Officer at Citi, where they previously held roles including Operations Manager and Sr Quality Manager. Francesca started at Citi as a Financial Associate and has experience as a Personal Banker. Earlier in their career, Francesca worked as a Private Tutor and Research Assistant at the University of Delaware.
