Fred Morgenstern

Fred Morgenstern has extensive experience in corporate planning and administration within the financial services sector, primarily at Citigroup Global Markets Japan Inc. from October 2008 to December 2012, serving as Head of Corporate Planning and CAO for Japan Markets. Responsibilities included governance for management committees, development of regulatory remediation actions, oversight of risk and controls, and management of budgeting and financial performance. Prior roles at Citi from May 2005 to September 2008 encompassed Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and various operational and execution capacities. Fred Morgenstern began a career in finance at Salomon Brothers and holds a B.A. in Economics and Japanese Studies from Bucknell University.
