Gail Forkosh

Gail Forkosh is an experienced professional in organizational culture, risk management, and learning and development, currently serving as Senior Audit Manager and Senior Vice President of IA Culture and Behavioral Risk at Citi since April 2022. At Citi, Gail leads a team of auditors and applied psychologists to conduct culture audits and identify risks using principles of behavioral science. Previously, as Senior Vice President at ConnectOne Bank, Gail developed a quality assurance program focused on fostering a client-centric culture. Gail also held the position of VP of Learning and Strategy at Breakthrough Design Services LLC, and served as Global Head of Learning and Development at Avanade, where strategic development was key. Earlier experience includes leading IT strategic planning at AIG. Gail holds a BS in Accounting/Economics from NYU Stern School of Business and an MBA in Taxation from Pace University.
