Garry Lynch

Garry Lynch is a finance professional with extensive experience in treasury and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Citi since September 2018, Garry manages balance sheet and asset-liability management for a $2.5 trillion balance sheet. Previous roles include Country Treasurer for multiple countries in BeneLux and Southern Europe, and Vice President at Citi Bank Europe, where Garry focused on a $300 billion balance sheet. Garry also held positions at AXA Life Europe and Intesa Sanpaolo, concentrating on hedging strategies and quantitative risk analysis, respectively. Garry holds a Master’s Degree in Computational Finance from the University of Limerick.
