Gena has held various leadership roles, including VP of Strategic Supplier Relationship Lead at Citi and Customer Success Director at Rizing HCM, where they managed vendor relationships and improved customer satisfaction. Previously, Gena worked as a Payroll Vendor Manager at Amazon and held positions at NGA Human Resources and Accenture, focusing on client management and SAP HR implementation. Gena earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from St. Scholastica's College Manila, majoring in Administrative Management with Computer Applications.
