Geraldine Avella is a Project Manager and Economist with over six years of experience in managing project lifecycles, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating compliance across cross-functional teams. Geraldine has previously worked as a Social Researcher at the National Institute of Ethnic Studies in Malaysia and has held multiple roles, including Financial Planning Manager at Latin Rent a Car and Executive Assistant for SDG & ESG at ConnectAID. Currently, Geraldine serves as the AVP Data Governance Senior Analyst at Citi while actively engaging in project management and agile strategy consulting. Geraldine holds an MSc in International Development from The University of Edinburgh and degrees in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.
