Hannah Smith

Hannah Smith is currently an Assistant Vice President at Citi, serving as the Scrum Master for the IT Help Chatbot within the CTI Service Assurance team. Hannah graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2015 with a BBA, majoring in Supply Chain Management and minoring in Management Information Systems. Previously, Hannah held various roles at Citi, including overseeing Knowledge Management processes and providing governance for emerging processes, as well as serving as a Technology Summer Analyst. Additionally, Hannah worked as an Executive Assistant at Mr. Bird from 2007 to 2014, where responsibilities included marketing products and managing orders.
